Digital Doodhwala is an on-demand milk delivery application for customers in India. With the delivery of milk, app also offers dairy products for customers to purchase directly.

When the client reached out to us, they were managing all of their business operations manually. They needed an automated system for effectively managing the daily milk deliveries to their customers doorstep as well as onboarding new customers.

Challenges

There were 4 level of users in the client's business. Super Admin, Admin, Customers and Delivery Executives. Thus the system has many complexities and each has to dealt with utmost supervision and care. Apart from this, the most important key thing that we have to take care of was, the operations of all the 4 users are interconnected with each other.


Thus the goal was to design and develop superb and scalable application with capabilities of handling all the business operations.

How We Work

We followed our standard operating procedures and the output was a great product.

The development kickstarted with the project documentation first. When understanding the client's business, we decided to build 3 solutions for them i.e. Web based admin panel, Mobile application for Customers and Mobile Application for Delivery Executives. We decided to go for 2 different mobile application as the features and functionalities were very distinct. This turned to be a great business turnaround for the client. The app is under beta mode and the client is distributing the app to his active customers. As of now, the response is super awesome and the client is able to handle the day to day operations in a very smart manner and all digitally.
