WOMN is an online community & network of women's based in India. Through the app they stay connected and exchanges ideas, stories, recipes and much more.
When the client reached out to us, they were using manual methods to stay active with the community, and thus they were looking for a way which can cater to their needs and grow exponentially.
The vision of the client was to connect thousands of members with a single platform. The main challenge was the scalability, robustness and security of the platform. Apart from this there needed to be great UI/UX so that the app users find a fun way to use the app.
Thus the goal was to design and develop superb and scalable application with capabilities of handling thousands of concurrent users at a time.
The development kickstarted with the project documentation first. We designed a features requirement specification and software requirement specification document. Each feature was provided with a unique id for efficient tracking in the entire development phase. After this, we sketched the wireframes and low fidelity mockups. This helped to sync the client's vision for their product. Later on, we designed a great UI/UX. Overall app designs turned out to be top notch and world class. The entire project was developed in sprints taking into account the complexity of the various matching algorithms and security measures.
